The real reason for your overwhelm + what to do about it

For years, I was the girl who was overwhelmed and in a constant loop of guilt and regret over my food choices. 

I so badly wanted to wake up feeling energized and confident in my body and my choices but no matter how hard I tried I just couldn’t find what truly made me feel good (and happy) in my body. 

That was until I discovered the real problem. I was looking outside of myself for quick solutions instead of focusing on creating habits that felt good to me, and that could hold up in my everyday life. 

I realized I deserved to feel good in my body and my choices, and that I didn’t have to do that through constant dieting, exhausting workouts, and unrealistic body standards.

You deserve to feel confident in your own skin because honestly, life’s too short to spend more energy worrying about the habits you didn’t keep up with when you could be moving throughout your day feeling like the badass you are.

Does creating healthy habits currently feel like a never-ending loop of starting and stopping? Maybe you feel like it’s not worth starting another thing that you may just stop doing. Or maybe you just don’t want to feel disappointed in yourself (again) for not following through.
